I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sequence in Nov 2020
Interview
Very straight forward. All of the typical interview questions and overall a very positive experience. However, prepare your referrals that they might be asked multiple in depth questions. My referrals were taken slightly off guard. They were asked about projects that we've worked together on, what my strengths and weaknesses were, etc.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sequence (Raleigh, NC) in May 2025
Interview
There was an initial one hour interview with a recruiter. I then took a technical assessment that was assessed by a manager. I was then invited to a final round interview. This interview was 90 minutes with two different managers: one assessed technical skills and one assessed soft skills. The recruiter also prepped me for this interview and guided me through the whole process.
