      Started with a phone call, then a skype meeting. Next I headed up the state to meet in person. Ending with another skype interview, they called me later that day with an offer.

      I had three interviews, the first one was with the recruiter, very formal but nice and easy interview. My second interview was in person with the property manager, this was probably the best interview I've had, very nice and personalable. The last interview was with the Marketing Manager and Regional Manger, they were also very formal a little intimating but overall easy questions.

How do you handle a situation where you have to say no to a customer to protect the company? How do you handle customer that is angry and stressful situations? What is a weakness of yours? As a licensed Real estate agent why do you want to go into this specific industry? How you think the process of leasing consulting starts? What is your favorite sale technique? How will you past work history be useful for this position? Do you work best on your own or with a team?
