Sequoia Equities interview questions

I got an email scheduling a phone call to determine if I was a good fit for the company. Once they moved me through that, I had an in person interview with two people, they were both super friendly and fun to take to! Not a nerve wracking process at all. After that they called to offer me the position and told me I had 48 hours to get a background and urine drug test. Unfortunately, even though I have a medical prescription for marijuana I was rejected when traces came back in my drug test. Seems like a silly policy but overall the people were very nice and friendly.

I applied online, was contacted by talent acquisitions the next day for a phone interview wfor th her. Then a Skype interview with the Regional. Then I was flown to California for apanel interview with HR, VP, and Regional. It was the most welcoming, efficient, well organized, and pleasant interview process I have ever been through. The company went above and beyond for me just for the interviews! As comfortable and as kind as everyone was, the panel interview questions were not off-beat questions that have nothing to do with the position like " if you were a super hero what would your power be?" They were smart and all related to company culture,my experience, and skills. The questions I believe should be asked at an interview. I was completely blown away by Sequoia Equities and every person I dealt with during the interview process. They went above and beyond.It was a really enjoyable experience.
