They'll ask you to share a little about yourself then proceed with some performance-based, communication and behavioral questions. My interview with the recruiter was more of an introduction and probing session to determine if needs and expectations were aligned. She is terrific and wonderful at her job and made me feel comfortable and excited to learn more. The onsite is more to determine fit (culture, competency) and the regional mgr drilled down and was the toughest interview, but she was also very endearing and you could tell she/the company has high standards and wanted people that would complement the current team and round out their talent base. The marketing executive had great questions more similar to the onsite manager - just making sure they are hiring a solid set of skills with consistent behavioral qualities that will be a value add.
