Started with over the phone interview from someone in BC. Then I was contacted for a 1 on 1 at the center I applied for. The supervisor was very kind and the interview only lasted about 10 minutes.

Interview
I contacted a consultant. She set it all up for me.
First was the telephonic round. Cleared it easily.
The V&A trainer from Serco just asked me speak about my work experience.
This was followed up by a 1:1 interview at their Thane office.
No issues clearing this one either.
