Easiest interview ever. applied online and got a callback from a recruitment firm in malad. went in the morning and had recieved an offer in the evening itself. they start with a telephonic interview which is a mock sales conversation. then an HR from serco takes a face to face interview and asks basic questions. second telephonic interviewer asks about your background. finally you've to give an aptitude test.
