Interview
Very easy, if you can string a sentence together you’ll get the job. Apply through Adecco and if successful you will remain an agency worker for 12 weeks then transfer to full time. This is a good chance for Serco to get rid of people they don’t like, so be aware. You’ll want to leave after the 12 weeks anyway, believe me.

3 part process: - Computer usage - general usage such as copy and paste, typing abiltity. Abilty to follow a procedure - given a procedure, an outline of a duty - make a decison based on the procedure. Behavioural questions using STAR method
