Met with Program Manager. Seemed distant. Liked me because I had previous experience with the contracted employer. Did not tell me exactly what the job was but that on site training would be involved. As a senior person with much experience, I received the salary I was looking for but the some of the rest of the perks (company rule, supposedly). All in all, it was a non-threatening interview.

It was just a stage and they did not waste time. Very professional in interviewers. Interview was very interactive and seamless. I had email reply on my performance within 4 working days. Great interview process.

Submitted application online, spoke with recruiter, had a face to face interview with hiring managers, then received an offer within 3 weeks. Negotiation was a little difficult and was mitigated by speaking directly to people within the team I was hired into.

Interview
Only one interview was conducted; interview was pretty straightforward. Two case questions were asked. One was a market sizing case, and the other was a strategy case. Apart from that, I was asked to read up about 2 dozens of reading material in half an hour, and then make a hand-written storyboard for a possible slide deck.
