Phone Interview - It didn't seem like they wanted someone intelligent for the position, just another 'yes man'.
The phone interview as dry and void of any real feeling. The interviewers both seemed like they would take the next warm body that walks in the door.

Question 1
Basic and right off the sheet. Pretty dry, 'how would you react if this happened' type of questions. Nothing pertaining to the subject matter of the position. I would expect questions like this for an entry level job, not a mid-level one.
