Interview
Contacted by recruiter and had a phone interview along with online correspondence. I was required to submit my college transcripts and apply for a security clearance. A couple of weeks later I was contacted by a supervisor for a personnel interview at the job site in Harrisonburg Virginia. Since I had a long commute the supervisor was mainly concerned that I would be willing to continue taking that long of a commute.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Serco Group in May 2019

Skype interview with panel of supervisors in different department. The phone interview lasted an hour and they asked for my questions at the top. They answered my questions and told me about day-to-day work and the area.

Interview
The interview process consists of one round with your future supervisor, another team lead from another tech center and a quality assurance specialist. All of the questions are behavorial based. They each take turns asking you different questions to assess how you would handle deadlines, stress, and working with others.
