Interview
One of the designers called me to schedule a phone interview with her and another senior designer from abroad. The phone interview lasted about 30-40 minutes.
The interview didn't feel so professional- like it' s their first time doing this.
At the end, the two ladies told me they will stay in touch to let me know if the process will continue.
They didn't call/send an email...nothing..
So I think a company that respects itself should let candidates know they were not accepted for the job.
I gave 40 minutes of my time to talk to you, so you can take a minute to send an email.
So disrespectful and unprofessional!!
This says a lot about the company's culture and treatment to employees... so i'm glad not to work there :)
After 5 interviews and a huge test got a "NO" by a generic E-mail, that was kinda frustrating. :(
I hate it when companies dragging you through this process and then send you a generic message that doesn't even say why they preferred the other :(
