No real interview. If you show up for the interview, they will hire you. The place is very laid back. Even the attire is not uniformed. Scrubs? Jeans? Shorts? Whatever you want.

Interview
After being called an interview is set up. They will probably be late. They will explain to you what is available and lie to get you to accept an offer. There's a drug and health screening process which takes 2 weeks.

What do you do for a person who has been constipated for 7 days
Short interview. The atmosphere is very laid back. Employees wear street clothes actually more dressed down. It is not a professional atmosphere. Dayshift seems very busy however they say it makes the day go by quickly. I hope this helps as they state the are still hiring more staff.
