Interview
Took about 3 weeks from start to finish. 4 parts, 3 in person interviews. Recruiter reached out for a phone interview, asked basic behavioral questions and got a feel for me. Then invited in for a meeting with the Director of Carrier Operations, and the Director of the Brokerage. After that I was invited back for another round with the VP of Ryan Transportation and the Chief Human Resources officer, and finally you meet with Bill Ryan himself at a later date.
Met with recruiter, then director of sales. Fairly basic sales interview process, looking for those with thick skin and high motor. Not very difficult just be personable and outgoing and it will be fine.

Relatively easy answered several behavior based questions relating to sales and working in teams. Got brought to location in Dallas to tour facility and have an in person ingerview. Overall positive experience so far still waiting to receive and offer.
