Question 1
Tell me about a time where you worked with a difficult team member
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Shaw Industries (Dalton, GA) in Nov 2019
Interview
I submitted an online application and received an invitation for an initial phone screen with HR about two weeks later. Following the phone screen was a video interview with the same HR person. Next was another video interview with another person in HR. The final round was a set of four interviews with four different directors within the supply chain.
Overall, all of the interviewers were very friendly and personable which made the interview seem like more of a conversation than a standard interview. All questions asked were STAR based and focused around the competencies listed in the job posting.
