Interview
I applied online and followed through with a call about a week later. I also got an employee referral and when they didn't call back because they said they were busy, I called again and got an interview which was more of just an informal conversation with the managers because I think they already had the intention of hiring me. I then just had to get a drug screen and background check and I was good to go. And some advice for anyone who may apply, take your time on the assessment on the online application as it is graded by the computer on a 1-3 scale.
Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.
It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours

This interview was very easy. It was a typical interview for any fast food/gas station. I was told I had got the job before I even walked out of the door.
