I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Shell (Miri) in Sep 2016
Interview
Very tough if you don't have technical O&G background. I prepared a lot but turns out it wasn't sufficient. The whole process was quite repetitive, and sometimes the interview questions were very vague and odd. Interviewers were very nice though. I didn't get through but there's nothing I would have done differently because I went there being myself, I did not try to impress them with things I am not.

Interview
Applied online for the Shell Graduate Program
For the interview, there were a lot of experience-based and situational questions, followed by your motivation for working in an Energy company. Your answers have to be detailed enough or they would probe you about it and they are also looking for the CAR qualities in you (see Shell website) . Overall, the interviewer was very accommodating. The interview lasted 1 1/2 hrs in total.
