I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Shell (Edmonton, AB) in Feb 2017
Interview
Online application followed by a two-part online assessment. Very structured interview with a lot of behavioral questions. I was supposed to have two interviewers, but they had a change of plans which meant each interviewer did a 1 on 1 for 40 minutes, and then we switched interviewers. One of my longer interviews, but the end of it was more of a casual conversation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time where you had to listen to feedback of a peer/coworker and what changes you made because of it.
Ze werken middels een online assessment waarvan het eerste gedeelte vooral gefocust is op persoonlijkheid, lijst met grofweg 100 vragen. Daarna een video opname waar je vragen zoals hier beneden beschreven staat mag beantwoorden
One hirevue interview followed by a case study, which you must study beforehand and answer questions off of. There is not much besides that and it was pretty straightforward and simple in my opinion.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were in a difficult position and how you overcame it.
Straightforward, recorded video interviews and motivation letter. You have to complete the process within 1 week after applying for the position. There is also a situational and personality test. Afterwards, there is an interview.
