The interview was easy and friendly. I have been asked lots of questions about my previous roles and how did I overcome stressful situations. I had to decline the offer due to personal reasons
Easy friendly process which made me feel comfortable. Comfortable environment and interview was informal. No difficult questions asked and mainly focused on prior experiences. Prepare achievements in SMART format. Show rounded experiences and how you deal under stressful scenarios.
The interview process consisted of various stages such as telephone interview , face to face interview and a final cal with the managing director. The final stage was a group interview consisting of various members from different fields.
