1e stap is toetsen maken online en daarna beslist HR of je uitgenodigd voor een interview. Dat is een 1 op 1 interview, best onpersoonlijke vragen maar heel erg gericht op CAR. Alles in het Engels. Als interview succesvol is, dan een stage. Het is dan een assessed internship, omdat je je stage eigenlijk soort van de volgende ronde is tot een baan bij Shell. Mijn stage duurde 3 maanden en tijdens mij stage moest ik dan nog allerlei online opdrachten doen en uiteindelijk een final interview.

After CV selection, you are invited to the first assessment in the application process: an online game-based assessment, powered by HireVue. It takes only 15-20 minutes and can be done at any time within 5 days. After clearing this, they invite you to take part in a short, self-recorded video interview. This is your chance to let your personality shine through and tell them more about your skills and experience. The assessment will take around 20 minutes, and you can complete it at any point over the next 10 days.

The process was fine but they took plethora of time to reply. It took 5 months for them to invite me for a video interview and another 2 months to call me for the case study interview. Video questions must be answered on the basis of STAR

1.5 hour group online interview, given data 48 hours in advance and had to create a short presentation on an topic from the data set. Very positive experience, not technical more concerned with how you think etc.
