Interview
Two phone interviews, one in English - general questions about previous work experience, and how do you imagine your daily tasks at the position, also what are your biggest strengths and weaknesses. Followed by all day assessment center - including group exercise, group case study and individual analytical test. 8 candidates participated in the assessment center.
The Shell interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable while asking thoughtful questions that focused on both technical knowledge and personal experiences. The process gave me a clear understanding of Shell’s culture and values, and overall it was a positive and insightful experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge working in a team, and how you handled it.
The process is methodical and structured. I received the meeting invite about a week before the interview. The interview panel is warm and nice. I enjoyed the process. The panel makes you comfortable so you can answer the questions freely.
Pretty Straight forward and very much to the point. Multiple rounds, at the least 3 that I went through. Mostly person who could be your LM will do the interview.
