Sherwin-Williams Intern interview questions

The interview process for summer interns was a friendly and smooth process. It is focused on what skills you will bring to the summer team. It was only two rounds for me with the final being in person.

10/10 experience! The recruiter was nothing but personable and helpful throughout the entire process. The team was also great - they were so thoughtful during the interview and clearly demonstrated that they are a cohesive unit that works collaboratively and gets to work on interesting projects. However, as a FYI, Sherwin-Williams requires new hires to get drug tested. Take that as what you will.
