I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tallahassee, FL) in May 2012
Interview
The hiring process was swift. The recruiter was very nice and always open to answer any questions that popped up. There was a phone interview, a store visit, and then an interview with the district manager. All of the managers were very friendly and made you feel at ease. They were also very willing to share their experiences and answer any questions.

Interview
The interview is composed of a few questions you have to record yourself answering and some written responses. It was all just getting to know you and your experiences in various positions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had a conflicting schedule. How did you handle it and what was the outcome?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
To my understanding, a different process than usual. The district manager came in and interviewed me instead of the typical management reps, but they were also present. Come in confident in your abilities and don't be too nervous... especially if you don't interview very often. Just had a simple conversation with the district manager. They really are looking for someone who can provide a fresh outside perspective. Do come prepared with questions to ask about the program, the company, or what is expected of you.

Question 1
What experiences have you had that would prepare you for this role?
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Danvers, MA)
Interview
Initial get to know you call, video interview, final behavioral. I did not enjoy the video interview as I feel you can't fully get to know a person through that.
