I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in Oct 2013
Interview
Younger members of their current auditing program visited my college career fair and set up on-campus 1st round interviews for the following day. The 1st round was just a 1-on-1 and the interviewer reading questions from a packet. Very basic behavioral questions. Within a week I got an email that two members of the audit management team were coming back to campus for 2nd round interviews. This round was two 30 minute 1-on-1 interviews. The more senior interviewer held a conversation only interview while the younger guy asked more packet questions. Told me they would let me know within two weeks and I got a call exactly two weeks later

Interview
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews; the first interview is with supervisor and the second with manager. They asked about very basic strengths/weaknesses and STAR format questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
1 or 2 phone interviews, then an interview with 3 separate managers for about 30 minutes each at the headquarters in Cleveland. Very relaxed interview process, a lot of behavioral questions so be prepared for them. You will probably be asked 10-20 of the between the phone interview and the in person interviews. Other than that it was a lot of conversation and time for you to ask questions.

Question 1
No question was very difficult, but there are some similar questions and you don't want to just repeat the same answer for four different questions.

Interview
1 phone interview (about 15 min), 1 Store visit, and a final interview with district manager. It's easy enough if you prepare yourself well beforehand. Research the company, research paint and come up with answers to scenarios.
