I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Mississauga, ON) in Feb 2014
Interview
Applied through University website. Was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview that lasted about 45 minutes. I was then invited to do an in-store visit where I had to ask questions that were given to me to answer. After that you contact the recruiter to go over the visit and go onto the next step. Recruiter sets up interview with the District Manager who has the final say if you are hired

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
