I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Richardson, TX) in Jul 2021
Interview
Both interviewers were insulting and disorganized. They didn't even know why I was there. They said I wasn't qualified immediately. Why did They have me drive 40 minutes when I wasn't qualified? They also did not tell me what city the interview would be in until 4 hours before I was supposed to be there. If your interviewing soon you should save your time and just cancel.

Question 1
You dont have any related experience on your resume. Why did you apply for this job?
Very smooth process. Interview was a call with the recruiter and then went into the corporate office. From there, if I got selected I then went to the store I would be training at. I would learn the store and there processes on how the store runs and how to manage the POS system. Work with contractors, and be able to make products.

There was an initial phone screening that was followed by a store visit, then in person interview. The in person interview is with the district manager where they ask questions about how your experience relates to the role. The store visit is basically just seeing how the store operates.
