The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in Aug 2010
Interview
I got an e-mail requesting a phone interview about a month after I applied. Phone interview was all behavioral questions about past expierences. I then was scheduled for a store visit that was pretty laid back they asked me a few questions but mostly I asked the questions on a premade form that was given to me. I was then scheduled to meet with the District Manager. This took about an hour and a half and the questions were more specific to the job but all situational questions and about past expierences. I was offered the job after my final interview with the DM.

Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
