Interview
The interview process was a 3 step process. The area HR recruiter interviews you with basic questions. Then you visit one of the stores to get the feel of what the job actual entails. Interview with the City Manager for the final one to get hired. Always ask a lot of questions as upper management wants to see that you are interested and continually learning through every process of the job.

3 Stage interview. First with recruiter, next 2 stages are in person with store manager and city manager. One was in the store you'll be working at and the other is at corporate office.

Simple interview, there were 2-3 behavioral questions and most of it was just explaining the job role, The recruiter was really nice and had a really good store visit once I passed the inerview, Was offered role the very next day.
