The process was straightforward. I had to go through three interviews before accepting the offer. The waiting time was around a month. The longest process was to verify the background check.
4 rounds 1 ai filter. One meeting with recruiter. One meeting with store manager. One meeting with regional leader. Takes process in the course of two weeks. Sales experience and leadership experience valued.

online zoom career fair. hosted by NMSU. Everything was smooth and my rep emailed me promptly and overall has made me feel comfortable and helped me alot. I would recommend trying an interview with sherwin williams, they do a great job and allow you to be trained almost any place you desire.
