I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Mobile, AL) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online and was contact by a recruiter within about 2 days. This recruiter was in the Florida region and because I applied to multiple regions ( which I recommend because it guarantees a chance for you to be contacted) the recruiter asked which region I applied for was I most interested in and when I told her she forward my info to the recruiter in the Mobile, AL region. After this recruiter contacted me I had an interview a week later. The questions were very basic in regards to what do you know and why you want to work there and why that program. After I passed the interview with her I interview with the distinct manager this wasn't really an interview he seemed very distracted but he liked so the same day I did my store visit. This store manager was great really enjoyed speaking with him and he provided a lot of great info. After this I moved forward to the last interview with another store manager in another region in Alabama. That was also going well it wasn't really an interview just a conversation. Although in the interview I mention that I was interested in possibly recruiting which was a huge red flag for him and possibly why I wasn't offered a position although I almost glad I wasn't. I was only interested in the role because I need a job really bad and I was willingly to do anything. So my advice is don't apply for this role if you prefer to work in a more corporate environment because you will not get there in this program. Still a great experience interviewing and everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
