I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2014
Interview
The first contact was an email from a recruiter about an internship opportunity. She followed up with a phone interview the next day. One the phone she scheduled me for an in person interview with the District Manager. I met with him the next week. The interview was very relaxed, mostly him telling me about his career path. I received an email from the recruiter a few days later formally extending me an offer.
