I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in Feb 2016
Interview
First had a Skype Interview with the Regional Recruiter. Was basic and pleasant. Passed that and was given an appointment to do a store visit a few days later. Completed store visit and interview with Manager. Filled out questionnaire, shadowed the manager for 3 hours. Interview went really well, she said she would highly recommend me. Later that day I got a call from the District Manager's secretary to schedule a final interview. Had the interview the following week with the DM. The DM asked similar questions as the manager did, interview only lasted 20 minutes. The DM said he was interviewing several people and would be in contact within 10 days. The manager followed up and asked how the interview went. 3 days later I got an email saying no thank you.

Interview
Through and fair. Went over past experiences and relevant positions held. Also went over schooling and education plus related skills learned there as well. Also discussed soft skills possessed that would assist with the transition into the positions.

Interview
Applied online. Waited almost a month and got contacted by a recruiter, who then scheduled an interview for a week later. That went well and then I scheduled a store visit, but that took a week because the store manager was on vacation. After that, I followed up with the recruiter, who then scheduled me for an interview with the district manager about 3 weeks later. I showed up to the interview, dressed well, spoke well, and holding relevant experience. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and the entire time the manager felt disinterested and distracted. At the end of the interview he followed by saying there are a lot of applicants and he would make his decision within 3 weeks.

Interview
Great process and fast feedback. Started with a phone interview and then an in store tour before having a one on one interview. Based around customer service experience and working with coworkers to resolve problems.
