The process started with me applying online. About two weeks after I was contacted for the phone interview. Do not take this lightly, as this is probably one of the most difficult interviews of his process. Questions were behavioral questions such as "name a time when you turned a negative customer experience into a positive one" In addition to these questions they will ask questions about your resume . e.g what was your least/most favorite part of the job. Be prepared to answer questions based on your resume. Also be very transparent with them. 2nd interview was a store interview, very informal, but I did not let that distract me from being professional, dress well, speak well, and be prepared to ask questions of your own. 3rd interview was over the phone to assess store interview, asked questions like "what would you change about the store", be very honest and also use the hamburger method when answering this question. in other words " I like the store(good) I would improve this(bad) however it appeared really strong in this(good) . the fourth interview was with the DM who just wanted to get to know me . I was offered the same day as interview., just be very transparent and sell your self.
