Interview with Sherwin-williams for me was in three phases. First was on campus 2 on 1 interview asking basic questions about your resume and project work on the resume. Its more of a can he fit in type of interview. Second interview was an on site interview. It goes more in depth on why you would make a good candidate for the position and how you are qualified. Final interview was at HQ for Sherwin Williams. This goes into some technical aspects of the position and even more in depth on the resume and project work you've done in the past. Depending on the management trainee track you applied for you'll get a technical interview from that perspective, so expect to answer some engineering type questions if you applied for the engineering track, etc.
