Overall, a few red flags. Interviews were rushed and started late. I had virtually no opportunity to share who I was and the value I could offer, so it was hard to determine what exactly they were testing for. I got the sense they were simply screening for people who look and talk like them. During the VP interview, it was clear the guy hadn't looked at my case study since he was asking basic questions that were already answered in my analysis. They should outsource interviews to one of their shift workers.
