I had 5-6 calls, which was overwhelming at the time, but I’m glad I did, as I was able to talk with pretty much everyone I’ll be working with.
Recruiter was helpful (and even got me a bigger signing bonus!). Hiring manager seems smart and pretty chill; definitely not a micromanager.

How do you balance asks from the business with user-centric needs/features?
I was invited to interview for the job with a friendly note from an external recruiter. After following up with my availability, I was notified that the hiring team had changed their mind and did not wish to interview me for the position. There appears to be room for the recruiting/hiring teams at Shipt to improve their communication before connecting with candidates. I was also somewhat surprised by the fact that the external recruiter shared the company's information as well as the job description before I agreed to the interview, as I do not believe this is standard practice.
