Online video recording. Easy questions. I thought it was, at least. It has been a while. This wants 30 words. It’s not easy to get on to Shipt anymore. You can try and maybe you will.
Emails with questions regarding your ability to communicate and if you are a driver without a record. It also explains more expectations. It takes some time for them to get back to you.

Interview
Two-step application involves a video portion and written question/ response. It was fairly easy.
I don't know the normal turn-around time on hearing back about applications. That depends on current need in your metro/city. I received a welcome email in about a week.
