Interview
The interview wasn't too complicated. Had to answer some questions over a video recording. There was a mix of deeper level questions and general questions that you have to navigate through.

How I would handle a situation if a problem occurred
Simple! They had an online form to fill out and I talked on the phone to one of their representatives to learn more and answer a few questions on background information
It was very easy and straightforward and quick! Having to record yourself on video was a bit intimidating and tricky but it was a lot easier than a face to face interview.

What would you do if a store is out of a stock of an item on a customer's list?
App based process. Online through app. There is no real interview, just questions asked. Must pass background check. Their is a small test involved, and minimal training, which is pretty easy.
