Shutterfly Technical Writer interview questions

I first spoke with their recruiter over the phone, and then she scheduled for the manager to call me. We talked about some basic stuff, like experience, why Shutterfly, etc. And then they asked for writing samples, which I was more than happy to give. And then nothing for a month and a half. Then they email me back saying their recruiting manager was out of town and recently returned (fair enough), and gave me an assignment to complete and send it back to them. I did, and they told me they'd have the results within a few days. Two weeks go by, nothing, and I email the person who initially emailed me, and she said she'll have the results for me by that afternoon. I wait until the afternoon, nothing. Then Monday comes around and she says I wasn't picked. Communication was horrendous, and I'm honestly kind of glad I didn't go through with them. Hopefully everybody else has better luck with this place.
