Very long and inefficient process. Heard back three months after initial application for a video interview. Minimal communication from HR and did not know what the next steps were. The process felt very one-sided. At every stage of the interview, there was no chance to ask questions afterwards. They seem to believe that they offer something very special that the best candidate is willing to endure months of the hiring process. This is becoming an outdated model and, especially with remote work and worker shortage, the employee has more leverage and bargain power in the current market. Bottom line: the company does interesting work but has archaic, discouraging, and inefficient hiring practices.
If someone makes it several rounds into the interview process and isn’t the right fit then CALL them and provide some feedback.
