Interviewed by supervisors and relay engineer also had separate smaller informal interview process by coordinators for other lines I worked with for top chosen candidates selectees. Answered personality and work ethic questions from other team leaders. Answered more product knowledge, company knowledge and goals, also leadership outlook in the main interview.

Applied for an interviewed for a coordinator position, about a week after application. The first interview seemed like a series of quick fire questions about the job description. Interviewer then informed me at the end , they are actually hiring for a managerial role.
