Interview
Hiring involves 3 to 4 rounds of interview. First round would be basic communication and analytical knowledge, send round would be about process knowledge and finally the third round would be the HR round where your salary package and other employee benefits, expectations would be discussed by HR as per the process requirements.

Question 1
There was no such thing called difficult or unexpected questions that I faced in the interview. All they were looking was for experience in Procurement.
Three interviews. Mostly asked questions about the work conducted as well as some technical questions about general procurement processes. Was very conversational. Start to finish the process took 2 months mostly due to scheduling.
2 stages interview, base on experiences and passionate to the job. Standard interviews without any pre-interviews tests or tasks to prepare. The interview process is fast. End to end within 2 months.
