Question 1
How are you aligned with the company? Why should you be chosen for this role?
I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens (Princeton, NJ) in May 2017
Interview
I had an over the phone interview. It was stressful because I was not made aware of my interview time until the morning of the interview. The woman from HR suggested that I be interviewed the following Monday, but I didn't receive a time from her by Friday so, I spent my weekend wondering if she would send me a time. I woke up at 6am and just sat by my phone waiting for a confirmation and she finally called around 9 to schedule a call for, I believe, 10:30. The interview seemed to go really well. I had experience doing everything that was listed in the job description and I had a relevant story from my past positions for each additional duty mentioned during the interview. The interviewer seemed to be impressed, but I got an automated message that I didn't receive the job the next day after being interviewed. Disappointed with the whole process.
