I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Siemens (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2014
Interview
Siemens (Previously Rolls Royce) The interview process was mostly informal. They asked about previous employment/internship experience as well as education and technical skills (including knowledge of programming languages). The whole process was about an hour long. They asked questions pertaining to how comfortable you would feel completing specific tasks.

I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
Long time waiting, harsh questions, no answer within a couple of weeks. Looking for a low salary with high expectations. Descrimination about people with disabilities. They didn't value the previous experience.
The process was very straightforward. I completed an asynchronous interview and was given the opportunity to redo my answers as many times as needed to best present myself. However, once making it past the initial round, they did not get back to me for 3 months.
