I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Siemens (Athens, GA) in Sep 2023
Interview
A bit cold, but a decent spread of mostly behavioral inquiries (with some easy technical questions towards the end). Seems like they aim for quantity of interviews rather than quality, but it was difficult to connect with the interviewer. I don't believe I was what they were looking for, and I got the impression that the inverse was true as well.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Siemens (Coimbatore)
Interview
It was really great interview and they had given enough time to explain the profile. It was really great interview and they had given enough time to explain the profile.
They are not only interested in your qualifications for the job. It is understood that they want to work with a cultured and versatile person. Also, let them do the talking.

Question 1
What's the first thing you do when you wake up on the weekend morning?
I had a nice time giving the interview. I was made to feel comfortable in the process. Most questions were on my past work ex and my educational background. Why I want to be in sales was also one.
