They explained the job well. It started off as a group interview but became individual once everyone introduced themselves. It was a position for a new position to the company there was not much information regarding it and it was going to be a learning experience.

It was an easy interview. Group hype up session and then a quick breakout room one-on-one. Offer came the next day but declined. Great pay rate offers but when I saw the benefits cost, it was an immediate no.

Interview
Not what I expected. The interview starts out with an introduction done in a group setting and then about 10 minutes later you are quickly seeing an Operations Manager show up on Zoom. The interviewer immediately introduces himself and states how he loves to interview people so he can see who’s a good fit or not. And it just went downhill after that.
