I had several interviews between associates in HR and people on the hiring team. Each one explained the role in depth and what I would be doing. The team whom I spoke to was nice and was looking to expand their division.

Two interviews and then offer. Not especially rigorous. A bit unfocused. Didn't get the sense that the interviewers were all that experienced themselves. Firm was hiring a lot of people for many positions around the company at the time
