Phone interview and then online video interview which you record yourself. Phone interview was pretty standard, asking about your background and why you are interested in the position. Video interview was kind of stessful as you need to record yourself at home. Need to dress in business attire during the recording. Standard behavioral questions.

Went through the process but was not selected. Started off with an HR interview. After that there was three more interviews with a variety of different people. Mostly fit based questions but some technical ones relating to credit.

Interview
First interview was with hiring manager who was asking competency-based and motivational questions to assess candidates motivation applying for the program, for instance how skills from relevant experience would benefit them in the program. Then followed last stage assessment centre, where all candidates were given P&L case study and were asked questions afterwards, then followed 3 rounds of interviews with senior management who were asking mainly value-based questions and some of them were situational questions meaning that how candidate would act in a certain job situation

Interview
The interview process moved quickly and efficiently. The hiring manager was very friendly, patient, and thoughtful throughout our conversation. I enjoyed learning more about this opportunity and felt the interviewer aimed to set me up for success. Overall, it was a positive experience.
