The interview process started with a phone screen and preliminary interview with the recruiter. I subsequently talked with the COO, and another director in Services, and had a multistage sample case study test/presentation to do, where I was asked to perform the skills of a solution architect, including reviewing materials, conducting a (small) discovery session, designing/configuring a solution in a dev org, and demoing the solution. It was fun and a good way of getting a sense of expectations as much as they were learning about me. After the demo, we set up in person interviews in the NY office, where I met with 5-6 people including delivery directors, solution and technical architects and service people. I couldn't have been more impressed with everyone I spoke with. Very bright, very enthusiastic, very happy. It was thorough and gave me (and presumably them) plenty of time and information to feel comfortable with the hiring decision.
