Interview
First round interview consisted of a standard run through of resume and a pricing case regarding a pharmaceutical drug launch.
Second round interview involved 1 math exam (about 15 questions GMAT/SAT difficulty level), interviews with senior consultants, directors, and a partner. Also a fit test during lunch interview. Overall 4 cases.
People were all really nice and they really try to help you out in the cases. However, note that the cases were all really quantitative - know your math!

I had 3, 1-hour long interviews with different people. 2 with senior consultants and the last with a director. The first was more heavy on the social aspect, with a 30 min case. The others were much shorter on the behavioural side.

Processo nel complesso abbastanza lineare, ho applicato tramite il portale poi mi hanno fatto fare un colloquio conoscitivo e 2 casi di market sizing abbastanza semplici (ci tengono tanto a vedere come ragioni)
Went straight into case study without any behavioral questions or discussion with the interviewer. Average interview/ difficulty but I was just not prepared for the layout since it was my first consulting interview.
