Interview
I applied through the on-campus recruiting system. Had my first round interview on campus. The interview consisted of about 10 minutes of fit questions and going over my resume experiences, and then 20 minutes for a case. 20 minutes definitely seemed like a really short time for the case. The last 5-10 minutes were allotted for the interviewee to ask the interviewer any questions they had.
Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
Goed contact gehad met de recruiters, die contact opnemen na het aanmelden. Rondes volgen elkaar snel wat het proces aangenaam maakt en je na de online assessment de interviews binnen twee weken kan hebben afgerond.
